The following have requested to be listed as trainers. They are available for a ride-along when a non-licensed inspector is gaining the minimum 35 field experience home inspections and ten report reviews needed for an Alabama Home Inspector license.

A trainer must be a licensed home inspector with five years or more experience or five years or more in a non-licensing state and a member of either InterNACHI, ASHI, NIBI, or HIF.

AHIO provides this list as a courtesy, does not qualify these inspectors, and recommends that you do your due diligence before arranging a ride-along.
