Because of Covid, in person seating is very limited. The course will be offered twice in remote (Zoom) web training for the March 6th Mobile event and the April 10th Huntsville event, then it will be an in class only course going forward, depending on COVID requirements.

The sign up on the AHIO website will go live on Monday (02/15/2021) for the Mobile event. AHIO will notify their members and they will have the first opportunity to register. We will ask the State to list the event on their website and send out an info email to licensees for all State Licensed Home Inspectors to have the opportunity. Keep in mind, there is a 10 seat limit because of COVID, so the class will likely fill up quickly.

Properly worn masks will be required at the in person meetings. Temperatures will be scanned at the door and anyone with a high temp will not be allowed to attend. The CDC considers a person to have a fever when he or she has a measured temperature of 100.4° F (38° C) or greater, or feels warm to the touch, or gives a history of feeling feverish. Two other classes, also with limted in person registration are planned for Mobile and Huntsville. Both of these classes will also have a Zoom option for more availability.

Fee for the class will be $250 for AHIO members and $350 for non-members. You have two options for joining AHIO - an annual $250 fee or $25 monthly fee. Registration will be Online Only with no same day walkup registration.
