RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION 

This is an eight-hour course using PowerPoint slides. This course is an in-depth presentation of inspecting a newly constructed Alabama regional home including inspection scope and limitations, criteria for inspecting components, and inspection reporting requirements specific to the State of Alabama Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. This course was developed by Mike Casey in conjunction with AHIO home inspector representatives.
