Join AHIO and fellow home inspectors on June 22, 2024 at the UAH Conference Training Center to take the state certified class to do Residential New Construction inspections (RNC). One day class and test at the end of the day will get you added to the state website under RNC Inspectors. There is a huge amount of new residential construction taking place in Huntsville, so don't miss being qualified to add this sector of work to your business. AHIO will also have some discussion at the lunch break about the recent practice of new construction inspections requiring additional insurance documents and other requirements in order to be eligible to perform new construction inspections. During the lunch break, the AHIO attorney will give a brief talk about the subject and answer questions. 

If you are already RNC certified but would like to attend as a refresher course and pick up 8 CEUs, you're welcome to join us. Class fee $250. If you are in the process of acquiring your home inspector license and want to take the RNC class now, you're welcome to join us.
